The flavoursome, succulent qualities of duck have made it a great favourite in traditional French cuisine, with many recipes receiving international acclaim. But that doesn’t mean duck is difficult to cook – and Game Farm’s cuts like Duck Maryland and Duck Breast Fillet make it even easier! Game Farm Duck is raised in the Wimmera wheat belt and Hawkesbury region of NSW. Varieties include Peking, Grimaud and more.
Game Farm branded game birds and speciality poultry supplied to both retail and foodservice markets are not caged but free to roam around. Our birds have unlimited access to food and water at all times, whilst grown in large protective enclosures to ensure their safety from predators and the harsh elements of the Australian environment.
All Game Farm birds are grain fed and free of added hormones or growth promotants.
They are raised on a balanced diet of vitamins, minerals, soya bean, canola meal, corn, wheat, barley and oats. Their ability to move around freely, with unlimited access to water and a well-balanced diet, encourages good muscle and tissue growth, producing quality meat.

Hi, where in Western Sydney can I buy those beautiful looking duck breast fillets you sell? I don’t see them at my local Woolworths. I have looked everywhere for fresh duck breasts but to no avail. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Maribel, thanks for your enquiry. If you have a local butcher you can request that he orders in some directly from Game Farm for you or alternatively try Harris Farm or you can call our Farm Gate and order direct, however you will need to collect from Galston.
