Game Farm has a number of great relationships with restaurants and chefs across Australia including The Bentley in Sydney, run by Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt.
The Bentley has been open since 2006 and the menu has a Modern European influence. It has been recognised by critics as one of the most dynamic eating and drinking experiences in the country, and was rated number 14 in the Australian Gourmet Traveller Top 100 list for 2012. The Bentley has been rated by the SMH Good Food Guide as a Two Hat restaurant since 2006.
Game Farm is a supplier to The Bentley and our products are often featured in chef Brent’s amazing culinary creations at the restaurant.
In 2011 Game Farm and Brent co-hosted an exclusive tasting event with inspiring ideas of how to use Quail and Spatchcock in spring and summer menus. One delectable dish Brent cooked for the guests was Seared Quail Breast with Beetroot and Sprout Salad, which you can cook yourself at home. Take a look at some of the great photos from the event.
