Founded in 1975, Game Farm Pty Ltd is a second generation Australian company whose farms are located on the fringes of the lush National Parks of Galston, and the premium wine producing regions of the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
Game Farm is the largest multi-species game bird producer in the Southern Hemisphere, specialising in the breeding and processing of game birds, specialty poultry and supply of game meats. Our quality products are distributed to wholesalers, restaurants, five star hotels, supermarket chains, specialty butchers, airlines, shipping companies and caterers throughout Australian and international markets.

Game Farm branded game birds and speciality poultry supplied to both retail and foodservice markets are not caged but free to roam around. Our birds have unlimited access to food and water at all times, whilst grown in large protective enclosures to ensure their safety from predators and the harsh elements of the Australian environment.
All Game Farm birds are grain fed and free of added hormones or growth promotants.
They are raised on a balanced diet of vitamins, minerals, soya bean, canola meal, corn, wheat, barley and oats. Their ability to move around freely, with unlimited access to water and a well-balanced diet, encourages good muscle and tissue growth, producing quality meat.
