Fun and Games – MasterChef style
Getting your Game on this weekend? And no, we don’t mean sport!
A cold winter weekend is the perfect time to get together with friends, grab a bottle of wine and hunker down for a great Game cook-off. Think of it as Game Farm’s take on the MasterChef pressure test, but with a little less stress.
Here’s how to create a two-course extravaganza in under an hour.
We’re talking this tasty Roasted Spatchcock with Sauce Marie Rose and a Salad of Asparagus, Pine Nuts and Parmesan and Nigella’s scrumptious Instant Chocolate Mousse for dessert

Now that you’ve got everything you need, the key to creating this delicious feast in under an hour is to divide and conquer.
Enter, your assistant chefs (aka friends). Allocate each friend to a particular task. It may go without saying, but it also helps to read each recipe through entirely before starting. This will prevent finger pointing down the track.
Once everyone knows what they’re in charge of, set your egg timers to one hour and go! The sooner the meal is done the sooner you can all kick back and enjoy the spoils.
What cook-offs or bake-offs have you taken part in?
